My dog after about a year didn't seem all that interested in eating his food either. The only way I could get him to eat was feeding him kibble by hand. Of course later that became much worse when fed human food, but that's another story (and something I recommend never doing because one taste and it's all over).
Anyways, we tried some other dog food, but you end up spending a lot of time waiting for the dog to adjust to it. The last thing we did was put our dogs on a raw food diet and they have never missed a meal. It's more expensive, but read up on it and decide if you want to go that route. If it allows my dogs to live a couple extra years in the long run it's totally worth it.

We load up on trays of chicken from Albertsons or Fresh & Easy. Drumsticks/thighs for small dogs, whole legs for large. Give them each a piece in the morning and at night. The night one helps if your dog likes to leave you a yellow, gooey treat on the rug in the early morning hours.
Get enough for 2 weeks, 4 weeks if you have the freezer space (buying a separate freezer is great). Pack each day's portion away in a freezer bag, put away, and leave one in the fridge for the current day. Then each day rotate a new bag from the freezer to the fridge.
Optionally you can give them pureed veggies like broccoli and carrots along with any vitamins, fish oils, plaque remover you want to sneak in.
Generally speaking, you shouldn't have to cut up the chicken or remove the bones because they're uncooked. Dogs can usually manage just fine.
